Qualifications:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience. Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including cable plant management, networking, cellular, voice communications, audio visual, and security systems.
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., SmartSheet, ServiceNow PPM). Experience with budget management and resource planning. Thrives in the face of ambiguity. Successful in addressing and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and drive projects to successful completion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with infrastructure technology in support of construction projects e.g., new buildings, renovations, demolitions
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and have a basic knowledge of construction
- Management of programs within a higher education, or healthcare organization
- Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
The expected pay range for this position is $133,000 – 160,000 per annum.
