QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Student affairs, academic or work experience related to the fields of social work, community organizing, arts & media organization, counseling psychology, race & ethnic studies, gender studies, or other work and training in the social sciences with a focus on access and belonging.
- Knowledge of and/or interest in how gender, equity, identity, and justice impact on student experiences.
- Advanced communication skills to clearly and effectively share information to internal and external audiences and all levels of management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to review and analyze complex information.
- Advanced computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity and proficiency with Google Docs and/or Box, Slack, Zoom and other video conferencing and online meeting tools.
- Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication and presentation skills to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal and external audiences, client groups, and all levels of management.
- May provide oversight with the administration of financial processes such as financial reimbursements, data entry, reviewing terms and conditions regarding contracts, understanding vendor requirements, and following up and resolving issues.
- Ability to ensure and apply compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Frequently sit, perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Occasionally stand, walk, twist, use fine manipulation, grasp, use a telephone, write by hand, sort and file paperwork, lift, carry, push, and pull objects that weigh up to 30 pounds.

The expected pay range for this position is $64,480 to $73,675 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
