Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience:
High school diploma and three years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrated multi-tasking ability to manage multiple parallel projects and competing priorities
- Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software (Microsoft Word/Excel) and email applications.
- Demonstrated success in following through and completing routine tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Comfort with significant phone contact
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Experience updating websites and using social media
- Valid Driver’s License, and comfort with occasional long distance driving
Preferred:
- Experience in the areas of criminal legal reform, prisoner reentry, and/or post-conviction litigation
- Experience working with those who are socio-economically disadvantaged and/or have mental health challenges
- Interest in advanced studies and academic research in related field
- Experience in a law firm a plus
The expected pay range for this position is $56,000 to $77,000 per annum.
