To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
- A commitment to promoting and supporting an environment of diversity and inclusion.
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of database systems. Ability to acquire proficiency in Stanford information and financial systems (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
- Good judgment and the ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion and tact.
- Ability to work efficiently, juggle tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
In addition, our preferred requirements include:
- Previous experience within a fundraising, and/or higher education environment would be a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This role has cyclical requirements around the end of the calendar year and end of fiscal year (fiscal year is Sept 1 - Aug 31). Note that there may be the need to work extended hours around those times.
