To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with constituents in a warm and professional manner.
- Creativity, resourcefulness, initiative, discernment, and a high degree of motivation.
- Knowledge and embodiment of diversity and inclusion best practices. Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and groups from various identities, cultures, and backgrounds.

- Relevant experience with business systems and office applications.

- High level of energy, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
Working Conditions:
- May work extended or non-standard hours based on project or business needs.
- Hybrid position that requires one to two designated days onsite.
