Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience
-
- Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- In-depth experience in the support of large-scale AV projects
- Experience coordinating with AV vendors and integrators on installation activities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Desired Skills

- Experience with CRM solutions such as D-tools
- Demonstrated ability managing assigned projects, events, or technical tasks in a professional work environment or academic setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Physical Qualifications

- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
- Frequently sitting, grasping lightly/fine manipulation
- Occasionally stand, walk, kneel, and/or crawl
- Rarely climb e.g., ladders, scaffolds, twist, bend stoop, squat, reach or work above shoulders; lift, carry, push, pull objects that weigh up to or more 60 pounds.
- Must be able to occasionally crawl into tight spaces.
