Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) and eight years of experience, or a combination of education and equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in managing mobile network connectivity services, including indoor and outdoor DAS.
- Knowledge of mobile network technologies, protocols, and standards (e.g., 4G, 5G, LTE).
- Familiarity with indoor and outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) deployment and optimization.
- Understanding of private 5G network architecture, implementation, and management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in the context of mobile network connectivity and private 5G services.
- Solid understanding of vendor management and contract negotiation processes.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The expected pay range for this position is $159,963 to $191,459 per annum.
