To be successful in this role you must bring:
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, statistics or engineering.
- Knowledge of software systems design and operating principles including business process mapping, system architecture, business rules development, database design, database administration, and other functions required to create and sustain operations of modern computerized business processes for the university facilities management and utilities industry.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices, especially as related to development of computerized business processes.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree and three years relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Knowledge of computer system capabilities, business processes and work flow.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle.
- Experience with enterprise applications and understanding of database driven applications.
- Skill in conducting interviews.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by
- Communicating effectively with individuals of varying systems expertise and business needs.
- Listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain good customer relations with clients and external vendors and partners.
