To be successful in this position, you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field and five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • Keen understanding of design systems and brand development.
  • Experience designing for PowerPoint.
  • Experience using Figma for digital design and prototyping is a plus.
  • Experience designing for email is a plus.
  • Motion graphics, short-form video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and/or photography experience is a plus.
  • Capable of working on multiple design projects in tandem, using strong organization skills.
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to produce quality work while meeting deadlines.
  • A standout colleague with interpersonal skills to stay positive and work professionally in a dynamic environment with changing timelines.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, highly creative projects or content requiring extensive subject matter/client knowledge.
  • Ability to present portfolio that reflects extensive creative work and project leadership.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively resolve complex problems.
  • Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to perform detailed work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and training other design staff.
  • In-depth understanding and knowledge of industry standards, trends, and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team.

Physical Requirements*:

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequently stand/walk, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, and reach/work above shoulders.
  • Occasionally sit, twist/bend/stoop/squat.
  • Visual acuity including color vision.
