To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in related field and five years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Keen understanding of design systems and brand development.
- Experience designing for PowerPoint.
- Experience using Figma for digital design and prototyping is a plus.
- Experience designing for email is a plus.
- Motion graphics, short-form video editing experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and/or photography experience is a plus.
- Capable of working on multiple design projects in tandem, using strong organization skills.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to produce quality work while meeting deadlines.
- A standout colleague with interpersonal skills to stay positive and work professionally in a dynamic environment with changing timelines.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, highly creative projects or content requiring extensive subject matter/client knowledge.
- Ability to present portfolio that reflects extensive creative work and project leadership.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively resolve complex problems.
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to perform detailed work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience leading and training other design staff.
- In-depth understanding and knowledge of industry standards, trends, and technical knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team.

- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently stand/walk, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, and reach/work above shoulders.
