MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Associates degree or equivalent experience performing duties similar to those listed above or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience placing routine purchase requisitions using Oracle or similar systems.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment to identify, clarify and resolve routine purchasing problems as they arise.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Take initiative to complete duties proactively with attention to details, and work effectively under varying deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
Frequently perform desk-based computer tasks, occasionally stand, walk, and use a telephone.
