UHR Project Manager (Fixed Term)

• Comfort, confidence, and poise when partnering with and facilitating groups from all levels within the university (students, faculty, staff, and senior executives).
• Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills in a variety of situations.
  Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and with team members.
• Proficiency in project management tools including project charters, project plans, roadmaps, risk registers, issue logs, decision-making models, change logs, and reports.
• Strong quantitative skills and the ability to correlate data to articulate actionable insights.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of related experience in management of projects with extensive size/complexity and moderate performance risk, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting, or combination of education and relevant experience.

Certifications and Licenses:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certified completion of a Project Management Certificate program, or certification in process.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

• Frequently sit, perform desk based computer tasks, and grasp lightly/fine manipulation and lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
• Occasionally stand/walk, write by hand.
• Rarely use a telephone, kneel, crawl, climb ladders, twist/bend/stoop/squat, reach/work above shoulder, grasp forcefully.

The expected pay range for this position is $135,000 to $181,000 per annum/hour.
Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
