MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of direct experience or four (4) years of relevant experience required.
- A minimum of five (5) years relevant experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working in higher education strongly preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated experience structuring and maintaining complex, sensitive datasets;
- Demonstrated experience retrieving, evaluating, and manipulating data;
- Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis, trend identification, data visualization and dashboarding;
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects;
- Demonstrated experience working independently and as part of a team;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- Excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to protect and maintain the security of confidential and sensitive information;
- Knowledge of Title IX, Title VI, and higher education compliance;
- Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions;
- Ability to maintain poise when faced with conflict and challenging situations;
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing;
- Ability to build relationships and establish collaborative partnerships across the institution;
- Ability to contribute to a team environment, act independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment;
- Maintenance of professional qualifications through ongoing training and professional development.

Physical Requirements*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sitting.
- Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, use a telephone, writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
- Rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.
Working Conditions:
- Although generally this position is active during regular business hours, occasional evenings are required, and the position requires being willing to check email and respond to urgent questions in evenings and on weekends.

The expected pay range for this position is $100,023 to $124,516 per annum.
