To be successful in this position, you will need:
-
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google applications (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms).
- Basic analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Relevant computer systems/technology experience.
- Understanding of financial transactions.
- Ability to learn and understand compliance with legal, financial, and university policies and external regulations.
In addition, our preferred qualifications include:

- Experience working in higher education with undergraduate and/or graduate students, and familiarity with academic systems and policies; experience with Stanford University systems and policies is a plus.
- Flexible, open-minded, and collaborative work style.
- Exceptional team player, ready to support others to achieve common goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with computer applications Asana, Qualtrics, Zoom and Slack is a plus.

The expected pay range for this position is $32.00 to $40.86 per hour.
