MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

Education & Experience:
High school diploma and three years of administrative experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications. Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook/Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, database entry, Zoom meeting and conference management, Drupal preferred. 
  • Previous experience with complex calendaring.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial transactions.
  • Demonstrated success in following through and completing routine tasks and completing projects with short- and long-term end dates. 
  • Ability to task switch and manage interruptions. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to exercise sound judgment routinely and independently in making decisions. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to proofread written communications and apply style and formatting guidelines to documents.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequently sitting.
  • Occasionally use a telephone. 
  • Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
  • Rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Standard office environment, areas include private offices, open-collaborative spaces, meeting rooms
