MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience. Advanced degree in a relevant field such as international relations, public policy, or business administration preferred given the complexity of the initiative’s focus area. For jobs with financial responsibilities, experience managing a budget and developing financial plans.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to develop program partnerships and funding sources.
- Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in area of specialization.
- Ability to oversee and direct staff.
- Basic knowledge of managing budgets and developing financial plans
Preferred/Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- At least three to five years of relevant experience in program management, partnership development, or related fields, preferably within an academic or international policy context.
- Strong background in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, including academic institutions, government entities, and private-sector partners.
- Experience in organizing and coordinating high-level events, such as summits, fellowships, or research roundtables.
- Proven ability to work with international teams and engage with senior-level stakeholders across the US and India.
- Experience managing a budget, including budget planning, allocation, and tracking, to ensure the efficient use of program funds and financial sustainability.
- Demonstrated ability to develop financial plans, secure funding, and manage resource allocation to meet program objectives.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally at least twice per year.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sitting.
- Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May work extended hours, evenings or weekends.
- May travel locally.
- Occasional overnight travel.
The expected pay range for this position is $116,849-$148,275 per annum.
