To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree. Preferred: Advanced Degree in information technology, human resources, business, finance, statistics, or another related field
- Minimum: 15+ years of experience in the Data, Analytics and Reporting and 10+ years of Workforce Analytics experience, with a proven track record of using data to inform workforce strategy. Preferred: 20+ years of experience in the Data, Analytics and Reporting and 15+ years of Workforce Analytics experience, with a proven track record of using data to inform workforce strategy.
- 10+ years of professional experience in a quantitative or analytics role such as Workforce Analytics, Data Science, or People Analytics.
- Strong understanding of human capital management systems and workforce data
- Strategic leadership strength in developing long term people analytics strategies and objectives; ability to proactively identify gaps and opportunities
- Passion for deriving insights from data and storytelling with data.
- Demonstrated success in repurposing raw data into actionable information.
- Strong experience in dashboard development, data reporting and analysis
- Extensive experience in an analytics role with demonstrated experience using analytics tools and software, such as Tableau, Alteryx, etc
- Strong experience in providing operational support to business stakeholders
- Possess the ability to manage across various HR disciplines and integrate solutions within various disparate tools/processes.
- Demonstrated ability to distill complex data into relevant, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with working in highly matrixed organizations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and translate complex ideas into a simple design and messaging for an executive audience
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability to assimilate and apply new information quickly
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain credibility with all levels of management and promote and cultivate quality throughout the organization
- Proven track record in identifying, retaining, and developing top talent required to build and sustain a diverse, high performing team.
- Visionary leader, who leverages analytical skills and drives the team to resolve, support and deliver on key initiatives
