Education, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and ten years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience with enterprise applications and understanding of database driven applications. 
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Extensive experience writing business requirement documents; use cases, system requirement specifications etc.
  • Proven problem solving and analytical thinking and ability to approach problems logically and systematically. Project Management knowledge including waterfall or Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills, as well as the ability to establish effective working relationships in a diverse and distributed organization.
  • Experience with University Advancement systems desired.

 

Physical Requirements*

  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequently sit, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
  • Occasionally stand/walk, use a telephone.
  • Rarely writing by hand, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
