To be successful in this role you must bring:
- Bachelor's degree or graduate degree and professional experience through internship, part-time or full-time work, and /or extracurricular activities.
- A demonstrated career interest in real estate investment or development.
- Extraordinarily high level of motivation and commitment to working hard.
- Strong technical/quantitative skills with demonstrated ability to execute complex financial analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and investment professionals.
- Proficiency required in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in Argus is strongly preferred.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and on a collaborative basis as part of a team.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and organizational skills.
- Team orientation and strong interest in supporting the work of a university endowment.
- Demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- An individual who demonstrates a sense of personal accountability and urgency for achieving results

Physical Requirements:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sitting.
- Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds. May lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 25 pounds.
