To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and three years relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
- Experience in management of projects of moderate size/complexity with limited performance risk, including project planning, scheduling, tracking, and budgeting.
- Experience in facilities management and complex scheduling of spaces.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate and present appropriately at all levels of the organization through written and verbal methods.
- Political acumen, including tact and diplomacy to handle extremely sensitive and/or confidential matters.
- Experience in negotiating for the purpose of obtaining agreement.
- Strong enterprise-wide vision, seeing the big picture, recognizing critical details, and dealing with ambiguity.
- Ability to work across multiple, distributed, siloed, functional groups.
- Strong analytical skills, and ability to solve problems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
- Experience using Salesforce desired, but not required.

The expected pay range for this position is $104,000 to $122,000 per annum.
