Qualifications:
The position requires construction management experience on general civil and landscape projects that is focused on small parking lots, roads, pedestrian areas and landscape improvements. Professional approach, technical competence, initiative/creativity, excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills, and desire to work as a collaborative team player are all general attributes necessary for successfully working in this position and in the Stanford environment. In addition to these general attributes, specific qualifications for this position are as follows:
- Bachelors degree in civil engineering, landscape architecture, architecture or construction management preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible construction management experience on civil or landscape infrastructure projects, or a combination of education and experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communications skills with a collaborative professional approach and communication style.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
