MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience working in human resources managing onboarding functions.
- Formal project management experience; project management certification is plus.
- Experience presenting to large audiences (50-100 people) in person and via zoom.
- Proven experience in process improvement.
- Ability to direct the work of others.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally use a telephone.
- Rarely lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.

The expected pay range for this position is $95,000 to $134,000 per annum.
