Stanford University’s Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking an Administrative Services Administrator to serve as the inaugural Program Manager for our Menopause and Healthy Aging Program. It is anticipated that the new program will have strategic goals related to expansion of clinical care, research, education and research. We seek a nimble, motivated administrator with broad knowledge of academic medical center operations to help establish and grow this new program.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in an academic medical environment, particularly Stanford
- Menopause knowledge
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):

- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

- Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Occasionally use a telephone.
- Rarely lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.

This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate. The expected pay range for this position is $62,000 to $103,000 per annum.
