To be successful in this position, you will need:
- Advanced degree or combination of relevant education, training, and/or experience. Typically, five or more years of relevant experience in area of specialization and five or more years relevant experience managing programs and staff. Experience managing a budget and developing financial plans, program partnerships and funding sources within a university setting.
- Ability to develop program partnerships and funding sources.
- Advanced oral, written and analytical skills exhibiting fluency in area of specialization and with key audiences, including donors.
- Ability to manage budgets and develop financial plans.
- Excellent leadership skills. Collegial management approach.

The expected pay range for this position is $152,000 to $191,000 per annum.
