To be successful in this position, you will need:

Advanced degree or combination of relevant education, training, and/or experience. Typically, five or more years of relevant experience in area of specialization and five or more years relevant experience managing programs and staff. Experience managing a budget and developing financial plans, program partnerships and funding sources within a university setting.
Ability to develop program partnerships and funding sources.
Advanced oral, written and analytical skills exhibiting fluency in area of specialization and with key audiences, including donors.
Ability to manage budgets and develop financial plans.
Excellent leadership skills. Collegial management approach.

The expected pay range for this position is $152,000 to $191,000 per annum.
