MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Associate degree plus two years of applicable experience, or combination of education and relevant work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and efficient execution of responsibilities.
- Robust organizational abilities and ability to prioritize workload, set deadlines independently and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Familiarity with a variety of investment types (public and private) and fund administration functions.
- Understanding of and ability to apply accounting skills and concepts.
- Proficiency in business applications such as Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to effectively communicate information and professionally interact with internal and external parties with a cooperative and service-oriented attitude and demeanor.
- Ability to learn project management skills and to participate as part of a project team.
- Team orientation and strong interest in supporting the work of university assets.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently sit, sort, file paperwork or parts, grasp lightly, and use fine manipulation, lift, carry, push and pull objects that weigh 10 pounds or less.
- Occasionally write by hand, twist, bend, stoop and squat.
- Rarely stand, walk, reach or work above shoulders and use a telephone.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- May work extended hours during peak business cycles.
