To be successful in this role, you will have:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience in administrative and financial management, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of high-level competitive golf, instruction, and golf course agronomy.
- Demonstrated financial management knowledge and experience in the golf business.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills including conflict resolution, contingent management, and performance review applications.
- Demonstrated personnel training, motivation, and team-building skills.
- Clear understanding of golf courses, driving range, and hospitality operations.
- Thrive in a team environment focused on excellence.
- Candidates should have the ability to deliver a high-quality and consistent standard of service.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements.
- Technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong expertise in business and management computer applications and databases.
Preferred Qualifications
- PGA of America A-1 classification.
- Three years of golf operations management experience as head professional or first assistant professional, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

The expected pay range for this position is $99,015-120,000 per annum.
