MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and ten years of increasingly complex system technology or human resources information system work experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, accounting, operations, finance, human capital management, core human resources, statistics or engineering. Must have five years of program/project or people managerial experience in formulating, planning, leading, directing, and controlling a complex, broad, and highly business and technical functions and leading technology/functional system implementation projects.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

A minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM Fusion applications is highly preferred (or a combination of experience with other current tier one HCM applications) with thorough understanding of HCM Cloud functional/technical data flows and integrations between various Oracle HCM applications (or in combination with other current tier one HCM applications) for areas such as: Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, and Security

Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM architecture and administration is highly preferred (or a combination of experience with other current tier one HCM applications) and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems.

This role is open to candidates anywhere in the United States. Stanford University has five Regional Pay Structures. The compensation for this position will be based on the location of the successful candidate. The expected pay range for this position is $187,283 to $225,000 per annum.
