MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or other appropriate technical area, or an equivalent combination of technical education, training, and experience. Ten years of related, progressively responsible experience requiring extensive leadership and strategic expertise in facilities operations and workplace services performing duties like those listed above.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of best practices in operations management discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically; and plan and execute seamlessly across business units and functions
- Demonstrated ability to build organizations and develop its people to grow and take on increasing responsibilities. Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations is desired.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and manage service expectations with senior cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong negotiating skills
- Financial planning and analysis capabilities
- Process management capabilities
- Service-provider management capabilities
Certifications and Licenses:
MCR or other facilities certification(s) is desirable.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Frequently sitting, perform desk-based computer tasks, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
- Occasionally stand/walk, twist/bend/stoop/squat, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, use a telephone, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 11-20 pounds.
- Rarely kneel/crawl, climb (ladders, scaffolds, or other), reach/work above shoulders, grasp forcefully, writing by hand, sort/file paperwork or parts, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh >40 pounds.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Requires 24-hour response availability seven days per week for emergency situations.
- May be exposed to noise > 80dB TWA.
- May be working at heights 4 – 10 ft.
