Qualifications:
· Advanced degree and five years of relevant experience and skills in area of specialization i.e., Responsible Quantum Technology (RQT) and the Ethical, Legal, Socio-Economic, and Policy Implications of Quantum Technology (Quantum-ELSPI) or combination of relevant education, training, and/or experience.
· LL.M. or JD required.
· Candidates should be able to show a list of influential, interdisciplinary quantum & law publications. Working as an attorney and pursuing both academic research and public policy in area of specialization is preferred. Having a high-quality network in area of specialization in academia, government, industry and IGO’s is preferred. Proven skills in intellectual property law preferred. Experience in managing a budget and developing financial plans. Experience in organizing deeply interdisciplinary projects and conferences. Experience in developing program partnerships and funding sources.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to develop programs, program partnerships and funding sources.
- Advanced oral, written, and analytical skills, exhibiting fluency in area of specialization.
- Ability to oversee and direct staff and fellows.
- Ability to manage budgets and develop financial plans.

The expected pay range for this position is $99,000 to $168,000 per annum. The actual pay will be pro-rated based on the 50% FTE. Additional employee benefits apply.
