Education & Experience (Required):
- Advanced degree and five years of relevant experience in an area of specialization or combination of relevant education, training, and/or experience. - Planning, executing, and actively participating in affiliate program events, conferences, workshops, and a wide variety of smaller meetings.
- Skills in both sales and marketing to effectively identify, engage, and recruit prospective corporate members.
- Experience designing and implementing affiliate retention strategies.
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity with respect to ethical standards and university policies and guidelines.
Certifications and Licenses:
- For teaching jobs, advanced degree or certification may be required for some programs.

- Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, perform desk-based computer tasks.

Pay Range:
The expected pay range for this position is $99,000 to $168,000 per annum.
