Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field, and ten years of experience as an electrical engineer, or engineer in substation or utility distribution engineering or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field, and seven years of experience as an electrical engineer, or engineer in substation or utility distribution engineering.
- Must possess ten years with a Bachelor’s degree or seven years with a Master’s in the following:

- Working with high and/or medium voltage electrical distribution systems.
- Managing complex projects or groups of projects.
- Interpreting planning and design specifications, documents, drawings, and reports.
- Working with organizational staff, vendors and contractors to execute electrical projects.
- Conducting electrical job site inspections to ensure compliance.
- Must possess 5 years of experience in identifying and mitigate potential project risk components.
- Must possess 5 years Leading technical or cross-functional project teams.
- Must possess 3 years of experience in performing and evaluating lifecycle cost analysis.
- Position requires 24-hour response availability seven days per week for emergency situations.
- Requires wearing of Personal Protective Equipment, including hearing protection with normal plant noise > 80dB TWA.
The expected pay range for this position is $151,128.00 to $178,995.00 per annum.
