To be successful in this position, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of relevant experience, or combination of education, training and relevant experience.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience with marketing platforms, web-based systems and recruiting sources, including social media.
- Experience with warm/cold calling, events, networking, marketing, industry groups/associations, and professional conferences.
- Ability to travel domestically and work non-standard/varied working hours for recruitment trips.
- Data-driven and familiarity with reporting and analysis
- Demonstrated commitment to respecting diversity in all forms and promotes inclusion through programmatic efforts
In addition, our preferred requirements include:
- An earned graduate degree in STEM or diversity related field
- Prior work experience in a higher education setting related to admissions, recruitment, DEI and/or demonstrated ability to engage with diverse student population
- Ability to produce engaging and consistent communication and marketing materials to broad audience
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative while managing multiple and changing priorities
- Commitment to teamwork and strong interpersonal communication skills
