To be successful in this role, you will:
- Five-years post degree experience and one year of managerial supervisory experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Have demonstrated ability to supervise staff.
- Expertise working with transitional aged youth and sexual/relationship violence.
- Expertise in clinical skills in evaluation, crisis intervention, and case management.
- Proven ability to interact with diverse constituencies.
- Demonstrated strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Demonstrated skills in consultative work with professional colleagues and other staff; experience in collaborative work across systems of care and with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Expertise in program development, design, and implementation.
- Excellent organizational skills including an ability to oversee a wide variety of activities, to define pitfalls, to propose and implement effective solutions, while being able to balance competing priorities.
In addition, preferred skills and experiences include:
- High level of energy, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
- Student development knowledge and experience in college/university settings.
- Bi- or multi-lingual therapy skills.
- Work or lived experience relevant to serving one or more of the following communities:
- Black/African-American students
- First-generation/low-income students
- Indigenous/Native American students
- International students
- LGBTQ students
- Muslim students
- Students with disabilities
- Undocumented students
- Able to work evenings and weekends, on occasion.
Working Conditions:
- Successful candidates must be able to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
The expected pay range for this position is $123,000 to $166,000 annually. The actual pay will be pro-rated based on the 80% FTE.
