To be successful in this position, you will need:

- Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence and motivate constituencies which could span multiple organizational boundaries.
- Demonstrated excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions using good judgment and innovative and creative problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial, organizational and staff resources.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to cultivate professional and business partnerships.
- Relevant subject matter expertise in research administration.
In addition, our preferred requirements include:

- Advanced expertise in grants and contract administration, as well as research compliance.
- Knowledge of and experience with Industrial Affiliate Programs & Faculty Conflict of Interest and Conflict of Commitment Policies
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and/or regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory, planning, and change management skills.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced expertise in business and management computer applications and databases.
- Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines.
- Demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships across a wide variety of audiences

The expected pay range for this position is $119,000 to $175,000 per annum.
