Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience. JD required. Preferred: 10 years of professional experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to develop program partnerships and identify and cultivate funding sources.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to oversee and direct staff.
- Basic knowledge of managing budgets and developing financial plans.
- Ability to develop program partnerships and funding sources.
Preferred:
- Experience envisioning new programs and the process of program development and implementation.
- Experience with litigation and/or policy advocacy, and research.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
