Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education, training, and relevant experience.  JD required.  Preferred: 10 years of professional experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to develop program partnerships and identify and cultivate funding sources.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to oversee and direct staff.
  • Basic knowledge of managing budgets and developing financial plans.
  • Ability to develop program partnerships and funding sources.

Preferred:

  • Experience envisioning new programs and the process of program development and implementation.
  • Experience with litigation and/or policy advocacy, and research.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
