MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and at least eight  years of experience leading organization-wide leadership programs, or a combination of education and relevant experience.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Subject matter expertise and experience developing and implementing effective talent development solutions, including learning and development, career development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish a strong partnership with the human resources partners and other members of the management team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships amongst multiple diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong program/project management skills and experience.
  • Strong instructional/curriculum design skills and experience.
  • Prior experience with Learn Management System is preferred.
  • Ability to build the confidence of others through open communication and respectful behavior.
  • Ability to connect with customers, partners, vendors, and colleagues across functions to achieve significant results.
  • Ability to positively influence others by gaining consensus through factual information and cooperation from others to accomplish common goals.

Certifications and Licenses:
None

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:

  • Frequently stand/walk, sit, perform desk based computer tasks, use a telephone, and grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
    Occasionally twist/bend/stoop/squat, reach/work above shoulders, grasp forcefully, write by hand, sort/file paperwork, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.
  • Rarely kneel/crawl, operate foot and/or hand controls.

Travel on campus to schools/units.
