To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of database systems. Ability to acquire proficiency in Stanford information and financial systems (CARD, Oracle, etc.)
- Good judgment and the ability to handle confidential information and sensitive situations with discretion and tact.
- Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
In addition, our preferred requirements include:
- Previous experience within a planned giving, fundraising, and/or higher education environment would be a plus.
The expected pay range for this position is $32.21 to $40.38 per hour. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location and external market pay for comparable jobs.
