To be successful in this position, you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree and one-year experience or combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated ability with Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Familiarity and comfort with using Google Docs and Google Drive
- Knowledge of database systems. Ability to acquire proficiency in Stanford information and financial systems (CARD, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to work efficiently, juggle tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, and achieve goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Outstanding communication skills and exceptional attention to detail and follow through.
- Previous experience within a planned giving, fundraising, and/or higher education environment would be a plus.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a California Noncommercial Class license.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently perform desk-based computer tasks, sit, and use a telephone, stand/walk.
- Occasionally light/fine grasping, lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds, writing by hand.
