Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree and three years or relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Advanced degree in psychology, education, developmental science, statistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field of social science
- Relevant experience working with complex survey data
- Experience in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, statistics, or engineering.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Substantial experience with MS Office and analytical programs.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize workload.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Substantial experience with statistical software packages (R, SPSS, etc.)
- Experience in advanced statistics, research methodology, and survey data analyses in social science fields (e.g., psychology, developmental science, education)
- Strong data visualization skills
- Familiarity with collaborative tools (e.g., Slack, Google Workspace, Dropbox)
- Ability to work effectively with a geographically distributed team
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical research team and non-technical RAPID advisors.
