MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and one year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Desired: Experience using Adobe Creative Suite to produce print and digital marketing materials

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience in creating graphic designs.
  • Ability to translate established design concepts/themes into finished pieces.
  • Demonstrated understanding of job-required software applications and mediums.
  • Strong organizational and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
  • Ability to perform detailed work with high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated understanding of current industry standards, trends, and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work effectively with others as part of a team.
  • Ability to work independently to meet expected deadlines and schedules.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of the web, technology, social platforms, current and future trends.
  • Highly organized and creative.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
  • Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
  • Frequently stand/walk, grasp lightly/fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, and reach/work above shoulders.
  • Occasionally sit, twist/bend/stoop/squat, use a telephone, speaking.
  • Visual acuity including color vision.
