Qualifications
- Experience managing and implementing enterprise class applications and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience desired
- Technology experience needed: VoIP, Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Call Center Applications (Avaya, Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise), Spok Care Connect Suite, Sonus Session Border Controllers, Cisco switches and routers
- Ability to work comfortably in a systems development environment with concurrent tasks and changing priorities/resources is required
- Experience supporting applications in an academic, and/or healthcare environment or experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and excel in tasks that involve conflict management, diplomacy, and decision-making
- Exceptional customer relationship skills, consensus building skills, and ability to establish effective working relationships in a diverse and distributed organization; flexible in adapting to clients’ changing needs. Ability to resolve issues of cross- organizational escalation or lines of responsibility; ability to anticipate impact on clients and other stakeholders. Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with project sponsors, key customers, and team members
- Experience with managing projects involving solution evaluation, implementation and upgrades
- Experience hiring, supervising, coaching and performance management required
The expected pay range for this position is $128,000 to $170,000 per annum. Stanford University provides pay ranges representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for a position. The pay offered to a selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal equity, geographic location, and external market pay for comparable jobs.
