Required Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment; excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills; and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other library departments and campus communities
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and to meet inflexible deadlines
- Experience with interlibrary loan services and systems
- Experience with or demonstrated interest in collection weeding and shifting
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and flexibility
- Commitment to promoting community and belonging, and access in building, maintaining, and delivering library collections and services
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in library science from an ALA-accredited institution or an equivalent degree
- Experience working with historical or legal archival collections, including selection, analysis, and assessment
- Familiarity with collection analysis tools and metrics
- Engagement with emerging technologies and trends in digital humanities
- Experience working on library or archival digitization projects
- Demonstrated understanding or interest in intellectual property, copyright, and privacy issues as they relate to library collections
- Experience supervising staff or student workers
- Working knowledge of a foreign language
Working Conditions

The pay transparency range is: $81,546 to $98,456 per annum.
