DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
•Seven or more years of experience in clinical and administrative/data systems (other relevant experience will be considered)
Experience and skill in collecting, reporting and analyzing performance measurement data
• Experience/familiarity with the Maternal Data Center preferred
• Knowledge of national standards and practices related to perinatal performance measurement and data-driven quality improvement
• Project management experience and skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams and staff on multiple, competing projects
• Demonstrated ability to write and edit scientific text and education materials for clear and concise communication of concepts
• Experience and skill in curriculum development
• Ability to coordinate and provide outreach education to varied providers and hospitals
• Ability to travel within California
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and seven years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Master’s preferred.
