DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed Bachelor’s degree.
- One year full-time equivalent clinical research experience.
- Past experience working with clinical populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and independent problem-solving ability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint.
- Experience with website design and design software such as Canva.
- Ability to work independently, coordinate with team members, work in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative with an interest in marketing and social media.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Two-year college degree and two years related work experience or a bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of related education and relevant experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Takes initiative, self-driven, able to work independently.
- REDCap experience.
- Strong writing skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (PREFERRED):
- Creative
- Experience with marketing and advertising
- Experience designing social media content and flyers.
- Experience with Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSES:
Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification is preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Perform desk-based computer tasks, use a telephone and write by hand.
- Rarely kneel, crawl, climb ladders, grasp forcefully, sort and file paperwork or parts, rarely lift, carry, push, and pull objects that weigh 40 pounds or more.
