MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and eight years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience. Master’s degree or equivalent experience, with a background in Political Science, History, or International Affairs strongly preferred.

- Demonstrated excellent planning, organizational and analytical skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to cultivate professional and business partnerships.

- In-depth understanding of U.S. government, politics and political landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to interact comfortably with high profile individuals and business leaders.
- Experience in international diplomacy and cultures around the world.

Certifications and Licenses:
- Must possess and maintain a valid California non-commercial Driver's License.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks.
- Frequently stand/walk, sitting, grasp lightly/fine manipulation.
- Constant use of a telephone, text.
- Rarely lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh 11-20 pounds.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a California non-commercial Class driver's license and ability to drive day or night.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Requires flexible schedule to include some work on evenings and weekends.
- Local, domestic, and international travel required.
- Valid passport for international travel.
