What you’ll bring:

To be successful in this position, you will bring:

  • Ability to problem-solve and work in a decentralized environment to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Willingness to explore creative and innovative travel technologies and solutions  
  • Proficiency in use of collaboration tools including Jabber, Zoom, G-Suite, SLACK and Smartsheet
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and the flexibility to deliver presentations to influence different audiences. 
  • The ability to work with a high level of detail with accuracy, precision, and organization

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 -10 years of relevant experience in finance/administration and financial management, or combination of education and relevant experience.  Higher Education and Business Relationship Management (BRM) Institute certification a plus.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • The ability to work with a high level of detail with accuracy, precision, and organization
  • Excellent communication skills. Able to influence people, solve problems, troubleshoot, think creatively and resolve conflicts.
  • Strong listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of project management body of knowledge discipline.
  • Demonstrated financial management knowledge.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work in a decentralized environment to effectively manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Willingness to explore creative and innovative technologies and solutions  
  • Proficiency in use of collaboration tools including Jabber, Zoom, G-Suite, SLACK and Smartsheet
  • Ability to work effectively with faculty, top executives, and community leaders.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and the flexibility to deliver presentations to influence different audiences. 
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong expertise in business/finance and/or financial systems/applications and databases.
  • Business Relationship Management (BRM) Institute certification a plus
