Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 -10 years of relevant experience in finance/administration and financial management, or combination of education and relevant experience. Higher Education and Business Relationship Management (BRM) Institute certification a plus.

- Excellent communication skills. Able to influence people, solve problems, troubleshoot, think creatively and resolve conflicts.
- Strong listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

- Demonstrated financial management knowledge.
- Effective interpersonal skills.

- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong expertise in business/finance and/or financial systems/applications and databases.
- Business Relationship Management (BRM) Institute certification a plus
