Business Intelligence Engineer 2 (Redwood City, CA 94063)

Requires: Bachelor's degree Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MIS, Computer Science or related degree and five years of experience in data and business intelligence technologies and applications or Master’s degree Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, MIS, Computer Science or related degree and three years of experience in data and business intelligence technologies and applications.

Must also possess five years with a Bachelor’s or three years with a Master’s in the following:

• Software engineering principles and skills working on Unix/Linux/Windows Operating systems, Version Control and Office software.
• Reporting/Analytics and data visualization tools like OBIEE, and Business Objects and Tableau, including Design, Development and Administration functions.
• Shell Programming and any Object-Oriented Programming language.
• Data Modeling and designing data warehouse from heterogeneous OLTP sources.
• Data analysis and root cause analysis and proven problem solving and analytical thinking capabilities.
• Scripting language like Python, Shell, JavaScript, HTML

The expected pay range for this position is $128,000 to $143,000 per annum.
