MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, math, physics, engineering, statistics, finance, or economics.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· Five years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics, including experience with financial data.
· Strong analytical capabilities, critical thinking skills, and problem-solving abilities.
· Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence tools, preferably with Oracle Business Intelligence. Ad hoc reports development skill is highly preferred.
· Proven experience in designing and/or delivering interactive reporting solutions.
· Demonstrated experience with ERP implementation and/or support, preferably with Oracle E-Business financial modules.
· Demonstrated experience with SQL, data analysis, and data visualization skills.
· Experience eliciting, interpreting, and documenting business requirements, especially in the context of Bl or reporting initiatives.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Prior success in positions requiring collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams and high levels of self-directed work.
· Experience in MS Excel and use of its advanced analytical capabilities, including pivot tables and lookup and reference formulas.
· Previous higher education and Stanford University experience preferred.
