Minimum Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of business processes, workflows, and enterprise applications (experience with Maximo or other EAM systems preferred).
- Understanding of database-driven applications, data structures, and reporting tools.
- Proficiency with advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis, charts/visuals), with the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights; experience with SQL or similar query tools is a plus.
- Demonstrated technical curiosity, with the confidence to explore system features, test configurations, and navigate complex tools independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships with planners, schedulers, trade shops, and other business units.
- Ability to deliver patient, clear, and accessible training to users with varying levels of technical comfort.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset, with the ability to understand how tasks, workflows, and data connect across functions and how changes impact downstream processes.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to track metrics, maintain documentation, and follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, resourceful problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions without requiring constant direction.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment and adapt quickly to shifting needs.

The expected pay range for this position is $125,557 to $154,213 per annum.
