DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Computational Biology, or a related field with at least two years of relevant experience
- MS or PhD in Bioinformatics, Statistics, Biostatistics, Computational Biology, or a related
- Experience with analysis of high order molecular and single-cell data sets and familiarity with the associated tools and databases relevant to such analysis.
- Proficiency in programming and query languages, such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Excellent communication to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of clinicians and researchers.
- Experience preparing complex figures and tables, performing advanced statistical analyses, and writing for publications and presentations.
- Experience with high-performance, cloud-based computing platforms such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for improving the lives of children with IBD and celiac disease through cutting-edge research.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):
Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in a quantitative discipline such as bioinformatics, statistics or engineering.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (REQUIRED):
· Substantial experience with MS Office and analytical programs.
· Excellent writing and analytical skills.
· Ability to prioritize workload.

· Sitting in place at computer for long periods of time with extensive keyboarding/dexterity.
