Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience:
● Bachelor's degree and eight years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience
● In-depth experience in the analysis, design, implementation and support of large-scale AV projects
● Proven successful track record planning and managing AV system projects, including ability to lead and mentor people resources
● Experience coordinating with AV vendors and integrators on design packages, programming and installation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
● Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
● Ability to remain calm, engage collaboratively and take action in ambiguous and stressful situations
● Analytical troubleshooting skills
Certifications and Licenses:
● CTS, CTS-D Certifications preferred
Desired Qualifications
● Equipment: Cisco, Samsung Commercial Displays, Shure MicroFlex (Dante), Extron Systems (NAV)
● AV Systems Programming
● Cisco Call Manager Device Configuration
● Network design and configuration for AVoIP environments
Physical Qualifications
● Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
● Frequently sitting, grasping lightly/fine manipulation
● Occasionally stand, walk, kneel, and/or crawl
● Rarely climb e.g., ladders, scaffolds, twist, bend stoop, squat, reach or work above shoulders; lift, carry, push, pull objects that weigh up to or more 40 pounds
● Must be able to occasionally crawl into tight spaces
● Possess good visual acuity

Working Conditions
● May be exposed to electricity at greater than 240 volts, lasers, noise > 80dB TWA.
